Install instructions.
1.	Download the file CaptainsLogV1-7-0.zip and Right click it. Select Properties, and the General Tab (which is the default). If there is text like "Security: This file came .... protect this computer" and an "Unblock" button, click the "Unblock" button. If you don't do this Captaind log will apear to run - but generate error messages.
2.	Double click on the folder CatainsLogV1-7-0, and double click on setup – the Captains Log Setup window opens – follow the instructions, selecting “Typical” for the installation - "Custom" will only tell you that it is Not applicable.
3.	Be patient, installing the Access Run time stuff takes a while – not only that, there are some pauses when it seems like it’s all done, especially as the Captains Log icon is already on your desktop. Wait till it actually says it has finished!
4. 	When you first run Captains Log the window that opens may be quite large. You may reduce it so that only the active area is visible, and if you close it like this, it will be the same size when you re-open it.
